Giannoccari Donato, Giannoccari Giuseppe, nonche' il Comune di Ferrandina, in persona del Sindaco p.t., corrente alla Piazza Plebiscito - 75013 Ferrandina (MT), P.IVA 80000550774, a comparire dinanzi al Tribunale di Matera, nel solito locale del Palazzo di Giustizia sito alla Via Aldo Moro, all'udienza del giorno 12 dicembre 2012, alle ore NOVE col prosieguo, con invito a costituirsi in giudizio nel termine di venti giorni prima dell'udienza indicata ai sensi e nelle forme stabilite dall'art. 166 c.p.c., ed a comparire nella stessa udienza, con avvertimento che la costituzione oltre i suddetti termini implica le decadenze di cui agli...
