IL RETTORE Visto lo statuto dell'Universita' degli studi della Tuscia emanato con decreto rettorale n. 8729 del 29 luglio 1996, pubblicato nella Gazzetta Ufficiale n. 188 del 12 agosto 1996 e successive modificazioni e integrazioni;
Vista la legge 3 luglio 1998, n. 210, recante norme per il reclutamento dei professori universitari di ruolo e dei ricercatori ed in particolare il primo comma dell'art. 1 che trasferisce alle universita' le competenze per la copertura dei posti vacanti e la nomina in ruolo del personale predetto;
Visto il decreto del Presidente della Repubblica 23 marzo 2000, n. 117, pubblicato nella Gazzetta Ufficiale n. 109 del 12 maggio 2000, con cui e' stato emanato il regolamento recante modifiche al decreto del Presidente della Repubblica 19 ottobre 1998, n. 390, concernente le modalita' di espletamento delle procedure per il reclutamento dei professori e dei ricercatori universitari ai sensi dell'art. 1 della legge n. 210/1998;
Vista la legge 9 gennaio 2009, n. 1 di conversione del decreto-legge 10 novembre 2008, n. 180;
Visto il decreto ministeriale 27 marzo 2009, n. 139 relativo alle modalita' di svolgimento delle elezioni per la costituzione delle commissioni giudicatrici di valutazione comparativa per il reclutamento dei professori e dei ricercatori universitari;
Visto il decreto rettorale n. 1127/2010 del 3 dicembre 2010, il cui avviso e' stato pubblicato nella Gazzetta Ufficiale n. 99 del 14 dicembre 2010, con il quale e' stata indetta la procedura di valutazione comparativa per la copertura di un posto di ricercatore universitario presso la facolta' di lingue e letterature straniere moderne, settore scientifico-disciplinare L-LIN/05 - Letteratura spagnola;
Vista la delibera con la quale il consiglio della facolta' di lingue e letterature straniere moderne nella seduta del 15 marzo 2011 ha designato il membro di propria competenza quale componente della commissione giudicatrice della procedura di valutazione comparativa in parola;
Vista la nota Ministeriale prot. n. 2823 del 23 maggio 2011 con la quale sono state indette le elezioni delle commissioni giudicatrici per le procedure di valutazione comparativa per posti di ricercatore universitario - seconda sessione 2010;
Vista la nota dirigenziale prot. n. 5208 del 7 luglio 2011, con la quale questa universita' ha disciplinato le procedure...
